Best time to go on a budget safari on a gorilla trekking

It is important for a traveler to note the seasonality of East Africa safari, what to expect and  the total cost. Although gorilla trekking is an everyday activity, all visitors get the same experience that is hiking through steep slops and thick forest to meet gorillas.

The best time is determined in a low season which lies in March, April, May, and November. However during peak season that is also known as dry season which is January, February, June, July, August, September and December are mostly for  luxury or mid- range visitors. Gorilla trekking permits

Gorilla permit is a card that every trekker gets access to mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable national park and Mgahinga national tours.

 In Uganda, the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) offers discounted permits to visitors especially in the month of April, May and November. Ugandan gorilla permits are cheaper than Rwanda which gives chance to many visitors to visit. However in Congo the permits are cheaper than Ugandan permits although the country has faced security challenges due to civil wars thus giving chance to Ugandan tourism to rise.
